2. Services

Foot Smart Ltd provides a range of podiatry and foot care services, including but not limited to:

• General podiatry treatment (nail care, corn removal, hard skin treatment)

• Home visit appointments across the Midlands region

• Clinic-based consultations

• Biomechanical analysis and gait assessment

• Treatment for foot pain conditions, including plantar fasciitis

 

All services are delivered by HCPC-registered podiatrists. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

 

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked via our website, by telephone, or by email. We ask that you provide accurate and complete information when booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice or failure to attend an appointment may result in a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

 

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are available on request and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Fees are subject to change and we will give reasonable notice of any changes.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.

 

5. Clinical Responsibility and Limitations

Our podiatrists will always act in accordance with their professional obligations and HCPC standards of conduct, performance, and ethics. However:

• We are not a substitute for emergency medical services. In a medical emergency, please call 999.

• Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results may vary depending on individual circumstances.

• You must disclose any relevant medical history, medications, or conditions before treatment.

• We are not liable for any adverse outcome arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient.

 

6. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website.
